Okarumuti comes from the Herero word meaning "small bush". Situated on the central plateau of Namibia, the 13.000 ha farm offers wide open views of woodland savannah, broken hills and rocky terrain. Feel the space around you. Watch the birds.

Built in 1936, then main homestead has a large dining room hung with trophies, a well-stocked bar and a thatched lapa with a fireplace in the centre, adding to the scent and sounds of Africa at night.

Professional hunters, trackers and skinners are on hand to assist. With 16 different game species spread across 13.000 ha, as you stride through the veld you will feel like an early explorer.
